There are hundreds of nozzles, which are filled at the bottom of the furnace with an interval of 20-750px. The air cap is installed on the air distribution plate. The boiler nozzle is the air distribution device of the boiler, which plays a key role in the safe and economic operation of the boiler.

The nozzle performs four basic functions:
